Matthew Rubashkin
Founder & CEO
Data and engineering leader with 10+ years building teams and shipping data-powered products.
Matthew founded Zaro Data to give companies senior data and AI leadership that stays hands-on. He has held data and engineering leadership roles at growth-stage startups and large public companies, leading teams at Cerebral, Ready, Insight Data Science and more, and he founded LexiconAI.
He holds a PhD in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and has spent more than a decade as a practicing software engineer and data scientist. He doesn't just advise: he designs, builds and ships systems alongside your team, and stays accountable for them in production.
